Fionn

If you have been following my socials and whatnot, you have definitely seen Fionn, the angelic cyborg of my original cyberpunk genre fiction whether illustrated or through my photos. Since he is not only my original character, but he is the one my followers and friends seem to particularly like out of all my dolls, he is more or less the mascot/posterboy/front of the Dollyway brand.

Fionn is originally a character I conceived for a roleplay (or collaborative writing for an easier way to explain it) forum, and had him designed by my talented artist friend Sakonma. I actually had no intention of making Fionn into a BJD at first as back then options to make a male animetic BJD let alone a Dollfie Dream was quite limited! Then one fine day, when I got the newest Volks News issue I saw the DCH-26 which was new back then, and immediately fell in love with the sculpt and knew at that point I wanted to use this head to make Fionn into a Dollfie Dream.

What I didn't know was he would become a bit of a legend in the BJD scene to the point some stranges would point him and come say hi to me here and then. Oh and, did I mention Fionn has landed second place in the official 2022 Dollfie Dream pageant? Or even get posted randomly on Volks' official social media? I really didn't think he'd garner that much attention, but it made me more pleased that I actually decided to turn Fionn into a BJD!
